We felt very welcomed and had a great time here! The location was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the restaurant was super close, just 700 feet away. 🌟

Conveniently close to the airport, just 0.5 miles away, making it great for catching an early flight. The room is well-furnished and includes juice, and the location is top-notch. 🛫

Next time in Palm Springs, I would love to go back. Quaint hotel, it has helpful staff with over the top service and attention to detail. The location is marvellous to a popular restaurant.

The staff at Fleur Noire Hotel in Palm Springs is incredibly friendly and provides exceptional service with great attention to detail. The hotel has a fantastic location, with easy access to wonderful restaurants and the clubhouse, as well as outdoor communal areas.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail, like the coffee machine in the room that was a big hit! The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with some restaurants within walking distance and bikes available for use. The simple continental breakfast and pantry with snacks and drinks were unexpected bonuses.

This hotel was such a hidden gem! The attention to detail was amazing, from the beautiful artwork painted on the buildings to the cozy lounge area with fire pits at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a little kitchenette area that came in handy. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with croissants and coffee in the morning - a perfect way to start the day! The location was also ideal, close to restaurants and shops. We definitely plan on returning!

The location of the property was marvellous and absolutely perfect, to the outdoor communal areas. Amazingly nice staff of the venue with over the top service and attention to detail. The room was perfectly clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The value for price was amazing! The little touches like snacks, drinks, library, bikes, etc made the stay extra comfortable. Also Bri and Corey provided wonderful concierge services! And most of all, the pool and incredible comfortable pool chairs made Fleur Noire an irresistible place for sybaritic relaxation.

The decor and ambience of the hotel were absolutely divine. I loved the cozy and adorable feel of the entire property. The amenities provided were fantastic - from the heated pool to the communal kitchen room with fresh fruit and sunscreen available. Our room was spacious and had a convenient kitchenette area. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The security of the property made us feel safe throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy and their quick response to our needs.

We did experience a bit of noise in our room from the neighboring property, which was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of connectivity between the smart TV and our phones to access streaming services like Hulu or Netflix was a minor disappointment.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The level of friendliness shown by the staff was outstanding, especially the lady who works in the evenings. She was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The complimentary snack room with a variety of tasty treats and drinks was a wonderful touch, and we loved how beautifully the pool area was lit up at night.
